SYAAS FAQs

What types of content are covered with SYAAS?

Note: All supplied data and assets must meet standards and requirements.

  • Core, brand-created content.
  • Enhanced Content.
  • Verified Content.
  • GDSN.

 

Which retailers are included in SYAAS?

Any Syndigo-contracted Core retailers or CPG (Grocery Panel) retailers. Kroger, Walmart, Target, Amazon available at added cost.

 

Can SYAAS reach retailers that do not sync with Syndigo, like Wakefern or Meijer?

Wakefern can be reached via NielsenIQ Brandbank. Retailers without a Syndigo connection, including Meijer, cannot be reached through SYAAS or Syndigo's platform.

 

How will I know my items are being managed successfully?

Monthly content health reports will be provided by the SYAAS team.

 

Will SYAAS monitor branded items' PDPs on retailer sites?

No, SYAAS will include all work in the Syndigo platform including confirmation of syndication. Beyond successful syndication, it is up to the client to monitor the .com sites. If included in the account contract, SYAAS can utilize Brand Manager and Compare With Live reports to provide you  with some level of visibility into .com sites.

 

Will SYAAS work with the retailer to address content disparities between PDP and the source of truth>

No. Syndigo cannot guarantee how retailers will ingest the content. However, Syndigo will guarantee anything published from the platform is correct and that syndication is successful.  We will do our best to provide explanations for retailer issues and remedy retailer ingestion issues where possible but CANNOT GUARANTEE.

Note: Some retailers will require client interaction to adjust PDPs on their site.

 

Can I edit my Syndigo data?

You are provide read-only access to your account if you participate in SYAAS. This is to help the SYAAS team to ensure consistency in timeline, deliverables, and change management.
